Who is Tokino Yoake? Yoake is best described as genki [A Japanese word meaning happy, healthy, bright, cheerful, etc.] Yoake is book-smart, but lacks a little in the common sense department--well, actually, it's more like Yoake has a tendency to not think before she acts or speaks. Yoake's generousity and courageousness tends to make her jump head first into situations before thinking about the consequences. Yoake also loves fashion and trends, which can make her appear to be superficial at times. Yoake's easy going nature tends to make people think she's irresponsible and frivolous. She attends Meiyo Gakuen with her best friend Sorano Himeko, who is basically the total opposite of her. Yoake's nature and personality cause people to believe that she is neither responsible or dedicated enough to be Neo Sailorpluto, but Yoake definately tries her hardest to prove herself worthy. Her attacks are quite powerful, but unlike her mother, she doesn't have control over the passage of time--yet. Much to the surprise of many, she's a far more capable and able Senshi than she appears to be. She's willing to work her hardest, even if it's likely she'll fail. Attacks & Powers Pluto Cosmic Power, Make Up! Yoake raises her henshin wand to the sky as she shouts this. Translucent mauve wings appear on her back momentarily as she traces a circle around her with the wand and a dark funnel appears and twists around her. Mauve light shines from within the funnel, the funnel fades away, and as the bright mauve light dims, Neo Sailorpluto appears along with her tiara, choker, and Time Staff as lipstick is brushed against her lips. She then poses holding the Time Staff out (like the old Pluto did.) Chronos Shatter Neo Sailorpluto holds out the Time Staff and spins once as mauve energy glows from the Garnet Orb. She then holds the Staff straight in front of her, the charged energy flies towards her enemy in shattered fragments hitting them with a powerful force.
