Who is Usa-chan? Upon returning to Crystal Tokyo after defeating Neherenia, Chibiusa's body began to rapidly mature, leaving her with the appearance of a 16 year old. In addition, it was decided by Neo-Queen Serenity that Chibiusa's memories should be erased so that Chibiusa could live a normal life. Usagi (now called Usa-chan by EVERYONE) is friendly, athletic, and fairly intelligent (compared to her mother.) Usa-chan has a slight sarcastic and cynical streak and has a slight problem with authority (or wannabe authority) figures. Unlike her mother, the former Sailormoon, Chibiusa's training in the past has made her into a courageous and strong fighter, willing to fight for any cause. At the same time, she is more cautious than her mother was about what fights should be fought. In addition, she feels a heavy bitterness in her heart for having her memories of Hotaru and other friends being erased. Usa-chan's other identity is Neo Sailormoon, the heir to the powers of the Moon. While she is more qualified as a leader than her mother was, she has the unfortunate task of leading the Neo Sailor Team, whom unlike the old Sailor Team, aren't one solidified group. Rather, she has a bunch of Senshi who are brought together by one common thread--a very fragile thread that can be broken at any time. Neo Sailormoon constantly feels the stress of having to lead those who aren't willing to follow and more than once has lost her patience at the constant inability of the Neo Senshi to work together. Attacks & Powers Moon Angelic Power, Make Up! Usa-chan shouts these words and raises up the Heaven Brooch. The brooch lights up as she waves her hand over it. She brings the brooch down to her chest and pink ribbons fly from it and wrap themselves around her body as transparent pink angel wings appear from behind her back and fold over her chest. They then re-unfold on her back. The bodysuit of the uniform appears where the ribbons where. The extra ribbons which didn't form the bodysuit, hang loose, and as Usa spins they form into a pink skirt. The angel wings on her back droop down and form her backbow. From the brooch, another pink ribbon grows, which forms her front bow. From her feet a circle of light appears which travels upwards and forms her boots, collar, tiara, lastly forms a halo above her head briefly as she opens her eyes. To finish the transformation, she then poses briefly like the old Sailormoon used to in the first season with a heart and moon behind her. Moon Tiara Action Neo Sailormoon removes her tiara and it turns into a pink disc of energy which she throws at her enemies. It's not exactly a very powerful attack, so she doesn't use it very often. Angel Moon Heart Break Neo Sailormoon's attack using the Heaven Wand. She raises the Wand as she says "Angel!", spins as she says "Moon!" and as she says "Heart Break!" she points the Wand at the enemy and a pink heart-shaped beam of energy strikes them.
