Who is Sorano Himeko? Himeko (Hime, as her close friends call her) is very outspoken person, she has no problem speaking her mind. She can be brutally honest to the point of being rude, but she tries to remain tactful if possible. She has something of a low attention span and cannot stand people who she thinks try to hard to be nonconformists. For the most part, her personality is the opposite of her best friend Tokino Yoake. Himeko, Yoake, Umino Megami and Hisakino Karei are all fairly popular and all hang out together at Meiyo Gakuen. However, Himeko and Yoake are well aware that Megami and Karei only keep their company due to being Neo Senshi. Himeko enjoys singing and athletics and is fairly adept at both of them, but focuses most of her attention at singing. As a Sailor Senshi, Himeko is Neo Sailoruranus, a Neo Outer Senshi. Though everyone recognizes she was chosen to be Neo Sailoruranus, no one is exactly sure why, including herself. Himeko/Neo Uranus constantly struggles with the confusion as to why she was chosen to be Neo Sailoruranus. As a fighter, she is an extremely aggressive and often likes to jump ahead of her partner, Neo Sailorneptune when attacking. Attacks & Powers Uranus Cosmic Power, Make Up! Himeko raises her henshin wand to the sky and shouts these words. For a moment, translucent golden wings appear on her back then shimmer away. A beam of golden light shoots down from the heavens and surrounds her in light. As the light moves downwards, she is left transformed. (i.e. The light moves off her head which is shown with her tiara, but the light covers the rest of her body. Then her upper chest is shown with the top part of her Sailorfuku, but the rest of her body is covered, so on and so forth.) Her long golden hair is swept into a ponytail as lipstick is applied to her lips. She then poses with her arms crossed looking threatening (note: :P). Heaven Touch Neo Sailoruranus raises two of her fingers to the sky (her index finger and middle finger) to gather the energy from the heavens. The golden power glows on her fingertips as she shouts these words. She then touches the ground with her fingers and it immediately begins to shake as a pathway of golden energy travels towards the enemy. Then, from the heavens, a beam of golden light appears and strikes down the enemy. However, this attack is utterly useless unless Neo Sailorneptune or Neo Sailorpluto are there to combine attacks.
