Who is Hoshino Fuyumi? Harumi is the youngest of the four sisters. She's also the friendliest and most gentle. She dislikes it when her sisters are angry at each other, and even worse when they're angry at her. She loves to spend her days communicating with the plants (and animals, but mostly plants) and collecting flowers to make wreaths (with the flower's permission, of course). Harumi is almost always constantly distracted with speaking to wildlife, which her rather unaware of her surroundings, giving outsiders who don't understand her the impression that she's ditzy or vapid. However, Harumi is merely much more interested in communicating with other living creatures since their thoughts are happy and warm. She considers plants and animals to be her closest friends. Harumi's talent to communicate with wildlife makes up for the fact that her powers as Sailorspringstar aren't as strong, though relatively speaking, they are still quite very powerful. Sailorspringstar's "element" is "birth" and her attacks reflect this. While her powers are nowhere near as powerful as her sisters', she can sometimes think of creative uses to stop an opponent if need be with her power over wildlife. However, like the other Star Senshi, Springstar has had very little practice as a Senshi. Springstar feels that she doesn't have much to say as far as the leadership of their team goes, but she will bravely and courageously do whatever is needed of them. Attacks & Powers Spring Life Renewal Sailorspringstar can call upon the birth of living things. Her power however, has not been tested to see if she can create actual creatures like humans. This power also allows her to make flowers and plants grow on a dead planet, but she can also coerce/manipulate living cells to changing themselves into something new. For example, she can convince the cells in a human body to change, thus a human into a tree or what have you. Star Celestial Harmony A very special attack which calls upon the power of the Star Senshi's ancestors.
